At Ceylon Favorites, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently across the United States.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 states within the USA.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Options
Local Delivery & Shipping Information

Weekend local delivery is available with a flat fee of $10 for orders within 50 miles (applies to both dry and frozen items).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order.

Final shipping rates will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.

For orders beyond 50 miles within Texas or other states, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on weight and available UPS delivery options.

For frozen items shipped over 35 miles, a separate insulated cooling box is required to maintain product quality. If local delivery is not available, please select a UPS shipping option at checkout.
❄️ Ordering Frozen Products?
We’re happy to offer local pickup, local delivery, and UPS expedited shipping for frozen products. To help your order arrive fresh and in the best possible condition, please follow these simple guidelines.
📍 Local Pickup & Local Delivery
If you select Local Pickup or Local Delivery, you can add both dry and frozen products to the same order. There is no need to place separate orders.
📦 UPS Shipping – Please Place Frozen Items Separately
If you need your order shipped through UPS, please place your frozen products as a separate order from dry/non-perishable products.
This allows us to use the correct insulated packaging and UPS shipping service for your frozen products.
🚚 Frozen Shipping
Frozen orders are shipped using UPS 1–2 Business Day service whenever possible.
To avoid packages sitting at a UPS facility over the weekend, we normally ship frozen orders Monday through Wednesday only, excluding holidays.
🧊 Keeping Your Order Cold
We use appropriate insulated packaging with frozen gel packs and/or dry ice for frozen shipments. The packaging required will depend on the size and quantity of your order.

We offer in-store pickup for both dry goods and Frozen food items.
